CraftMyPDF Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Overview

As a member of the CraftMyPDF Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document ("Terms of Service"). Your application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

Prohibited Activities

1. Self-Referrals: Self-referrals are not allowed.
2. Fraudulent Transactions: Engaging in fraudulent transactions will result in the suspension of your affiliate account.
3. Inappropriate Advertisements: This includes false claims, misleading hyperlinks, and any form of misrepresentation.
4. Spamming: This includes mass emails, mass newsgroup postings, and similar activities.
5. Illegal Activity Promotion: Advertising on sites that contain or promote illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
6. Paid Advertising: You are not permitted to buy or bid on any advertising using CraftMyPDF's name or to compete with us in this manner.
7. Intellectual Property Rights Violation: CraftMyPDF reserves the right to require license agreements from affiliates who use CraftMyPDF trademarks to protect our intellectual property rights.

Modifications and Termination

CraftMyPDF reserves the right to change the terms of the Program or terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the terms and policies outlined in this document or for no reason.

Agreement

By participating in the CraftMyPDF Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your affiliate account.
